HOW TO PURCHASE A GIFT CARD:
- Online at Shoppers Drug Mart (Park Royal location only) or at the Park Royal Administration Office. Accepted methods of payment: MasterCard, Visa and Interac. Sorry no cash payments accepted. Shoppers Drug Mart facilitates gift card sales only. All other inquires can be directed to the Park Royal Management Office.
- For orders over $1,000, please email your request to [email protected]. Please note large requests can take up to 2 business days to process.
- Please note that Park Royal is unable to issue a refund for Gift Card purchases once the transaction is complete.
- Park Royal gift cards never expire but unused funds are subject to a monthly fee of $2.50 if not spent within 15 months after card purchase. Please check the back of your card for details or visit the Park Royal administration office to extend this date.

If the Card has not been used and you do not want the Card, you may cancel this Agreement and return the Card to EML before it is used along with the original receipt, by mail postage prepaid, to ATTN: Prepaid Card Customer Service, 3085 Kingston Road, Suite 123, Toronto, Ontario M1M 1P1 within thirty (30) calendar days after the activation date. If the Card is returned in a timely manner before it is used, you will receive a refund of the amount on the Card. No refunds will be honoured unless (a) the Card is returned unused by mail post-marked within the thirty (30) calendar day period; and (b) you provide your name and mailing address with the returned Card and the original receipt. Information concerning this cancellation program may be obtained by calling 1.800.998.6844. Requests for cancellation may take up to sixty (60) days to process.
